Is it a good idea to buy stocks at this moment? Should I wait until the economy levels itself out or should I go ahead and buy some? I am not planning to spend a lot of money on stocks, probably 00 to begin. Is buying a CD a good idea too? It seems the APY is very low right now, but could it be worth it?
